After over ten years of tutoring, she can confidently say, you are in good hands even with the toughest of topics. She has degrees in both the humanities and the life science as well as tutoring certification. She’s also as nice as they come 🙂

Though her sticker price is higher than some of her competition, it is because a truly experienced and prepared tutor is actually saving you money in the end. Too many tutors are viewing a student’s material for the first time, simply re-reading slide decks aloud, or are expecting the student to direct the lesson. The extra level of preparation she brings enables a more interactive and fluid lesson. Because she puts in the extra time up front, you get further faster come lesson time. This is why she is an absolute stickler about viewing a student’s class materials at least two days in advance. She takes this time to not only give the information a once-over but also to collect practice materials. Though absolutely optional, she loves to assign her students some additional work in between our sessions. She often says that for every hour you spend together, a student should be doing two hours of solo work. This level of dedication is what really ensures a grade jump!
