We are all crazy geniuses. Nevertheless, genius can only develop with support in an environment of acceptance, love, laughter, and freedom. Schools are institutions that do not cater to individuals; they are institutions that thrive on sameness: all children of the same age have to learn the same subjects in the same amount of time, and if they don’t–they fail.
If you want to allow yourself and your child the opportunity to achieve your fullest potential, give yourself the time to get to know yourselves. Freedom, love, and tolerance are the doorways to infinite possibilities. Only we as parents can give the gift of infinite possibilities to our children, and by doing so, we also give them to ourselves.
