Gill has over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience. She has worked hard to obtain several accredited specialists through the Ontario College of Teachers:1) French Specialist2) Math Specialist (Kindergarten to Grade 11, Grade 12 upon request)3) Primary Specialist. She experience teaching and tutoring up to Grade 12 in all subjects including Math, Science, and French/French Immersion. Her focus is in Grade 7/8 Math and the skills necessary to transition to high school Grade 9 Math in the Ontario School system. Her last 3 years teaching she has worked in Grades 7 and 8 and understand the curriculum and the gaps that naturally exist between the elementary and high school panels. Gill believes that learning should be fun and engaging whenever possible with a little humour and sarcasm sprinkled in for effect. What qualifies her to teach you or your child? She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo where she studied Kinesiology and Music. Following this she completed my Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa where she graduated Suma Cum Laude, the top of her graduating class.
