Kyle’s teaching approach focuses on student-centered inquiry and discovery. Every assignment or problem utilizes various mathematical properties; she interprets these properties as tools and encourage her students to analyze how to apply them to solve the problem at hand.
Kyle is a senior math major pursuing her Master’s in secondary education beginning this Summer 2021 through UMD’s MCERT Program. She has worked at Mathnasium, a K-12 math tutoring center, for over two years and also provide private, one-on-one tutoring for students year round.
